WARRANTY STATEMENT:
Superior Spray Systems warrants that the products enclosed herein to be free of defects and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.  In the event of a defect in material or workmanship during the warranty period Superior Spray Systems at its discretion, will repair or replace the defective product when the owner returns the defective product to Superior Spray Systems.  The remedy for this breach of warranty is limited to service and/or replacement. Superior Spray Systems shall not cover any damages, including but not limited to the loss of profit, special, incidental, commercial damage, consequential, misuse, and other similar claims. Superior Spray Systems and its suppliers, special disclaim all other warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the use of this product. In no event shall Superior Spray Systems be liable for any loss of profit of any other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, or other damages. No person(s), dealer, distributor, agent, or company is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever. The time within which an action must be commenced to enforce any obligation of Superior Spray Systems under this warranty or under any statute, or law of the United States or any state there of, is hereby limited to one year from the purchase date of the product.

HOW TO OBTAIN THE WARRANTY SERVICE:
Valid proof of purchase must be presented to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and Warranty Service. A detailed description of the problem and freight pre-paid to a Superior Spray Systems center is a must.  In no event shall Superior Spray Systems be liable for any commercial damage, special, incidental, misuse, consequential, or other damages.  The repaired product will be returned to the owner, freight pre-paid.
