Superior is working closely with industry leaders in this marketplace producing specialty equipment that allows specialty products to be sprayed, products that are used as standard insulation, sealants, repairs, insect deterrents and bio-security applications, on poultry farms, chicken houses, hog farms, laying houses, horse barns and more.
Though Agricultural rigs are designed specifically for work in poultry and hog operations, they can also be used in all normal spray foam applications. The trailer is a custom designed 16' V-Nose with twin drop axle's so that it gives a very low (8') clearance which is ideal for most agricultural buildings. The metal sidewalls and roof gives the trailer significant strength and also allows for the spray crew to work from the top of the trailer. The heavy duty 5,200 lb axles allow the trailer to carry up to 2 sets of chemicals, the trailer can be ordered as an 18' with 7,000 lb axles which allows up to 3 sets capacity which is in most cases enough for a very large project.
